Registrato e mixato nel Noise Lab di Sergio Pomante (The Break Beast, ex Ulan Bator, Sudoku killers), con la partecipazione di Paolo Raineri (Ottone Pesante) alle trombe, Bruno Germano (Arto) al wurlitzer, Sergio Pomante al sax e Mario Di Battista (Ulan Bator) al basso e alla seconda voce. Le suggestioni che animano il lavoro nascono dalla lettura di Manoscritto trovato a Saragozza, di Potocki. Ciò che il disco vuole evocare è un immaginario folkloristico e pagano, nato dall'incontro tra l'Abruzzo, terra che mi ha visto crescere tra cupe credenze e superstizioni, e la Spagna antica del Manoscritto, tormentata da visioni di spettri, streghe e incontri col diavolo.

Dor is a musical project born in 2019. The first two self-produced works (a Self titled EP and "The dream in which I die" full-lenght) have been written and released by its founder Francesco Fioretti as one-man-band between 2019 and 2020. They are characterized by the influence of various genres, such as lo-fi rock, hauntology and american anti-folk.

The third album (In circle), was recorded and mixed in the Noise Lab studio by Sergio Pomante (The Break Beast, ex Ulan Bator, Sudoku killer), with the partecipation of Paolo Raineri (Ottone Pesante) on trumpet, Bruno Germano (Arto) on wurlitzer, Sergio Pomante on sax and Mario Di Battista (Ulan Bator, La Mala Sementa) on vocals and bass. The idea for In circle was born with the reading of "Manuscript found in Saragossa", by Jan Potocki, blending influences from klezmer and est-european music with alternative and post rock elements. As a background there's a folkloristic and pagan world, born from the mixing between the land of Abruzzo (among dark beliefs and superstitions) and Spain, depicted in the above-mentioned book, tormented by visions of ghosts, witches and encounters with the devil.

In addition to Francesco Fioretti and the bassist Mario Di Battista (Ulan Bator), the new live line-up is completed by Alessandro Vagnoni (Bologna Violenta, Drovag), and Gabriele Uccello (Affluente).
