The Tragedy of Macbeth è una tragedia di William Shakespeare, pubblicata per la prima volta nel first folio del 1623. Diventata nei secoli l’archetipo della brama di potere sfrenato e dei suoi pericoli, mette in scena il rapporto tra Macbeth e Lady Macbeth sullo sfondo di una Scozia tra mondo reale e spirituale. Swanz The Lonely Cat lavora in un territorio ancestrale fra musica industriale, scura e votiva, disperata. Drone tra la campagna brulle e harsh-noise che cozza contro luoghi ameni e testi spaventosi, creando un cortocircuito fra musica, teatro, immagine e poesia. Decide di camminare da solo, ma è seguito dalle tre streghe, dai Macbeth, dal Bardo di Avon.
